Snežana Nikčević is a program manager at NGO 35mm with a background in media studies. A producer of two features and one short film. Coordinated over 50 diverse A/V projects, including major production services for clients such as BBC’s Top Gear, Toyota, Samsung, Endemol Shine, Hotels.com, and more. Leverages informal education, advocacy, and research to contribute to the creative and digital development of individuals and organizations. Alumna of multiple skill development programs, including the British Council’s Creative Producers Program, the Swedish Institute’s Collaborative Governance in the Digital Era Program for Young Professionals, ODIHR’s Leadership Program, E-Governance Academy program, etc. Worked as a local manager for initiatives like MEDICI—an annual training and knowledge exchange forum for decision-makers of European public film funds but also as a facilitator and educator in the fields of culture and digital development.
