Genevieve is a Consultant at BOP Consulting where she specialises in cultural policy, international cultural relations and capacity building and development within the cultural and creative industries, with experience of working in over 40 countries. She has led and managed the company’s recent work in culture and climate/ sustainability – including a landmark report on readiness of the UK’s creative industries to reach Net Zero for the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (PEC) with Julie’s Bicycle, and most recently supported the development of the UK Creative Industries Council’s first Climate Charter for the UK sector. Previously she was Relationship Manager of the World Cities Culture Forum, a network of the world’s major cities who come together to collaborate and share knowledge about the role of culture in urban policymaking. This included a dedicated Culture and Climate comparative research programme and handbook for policymakers drawing on case studies and practice from across the network.
