Besarta Vladi – CEO of TripleCity initiative, Albania

Dr Vladi has finished the Bachelor Degree with very high results at the University of Tirana and European University of Tirana (Political Science and Public Relation). After that, she has finished the Master of Science for Business Administration, as part of a cooperation program between the European University of Tirana and Aston University (Birmingham, UK). In July 2015, she finished the PhD in the field of Innovation Management. Her PhD thesis has been awarded with ‘Pashko Prize 2015‘ as the best PhD thesis of the year in Albania, inspiring liberal ideas. In 2016 Dr Vladi has successfully completed an Executive Program for ‘Change and Leadership’ at Harvard Kennedy School. Her first work experience was in the private sector, as project manager at the Kosovo Management Institute. She also workd at European University of Tirana in different position and responsibilities such as lecturer, Deputy Director of Doctoral School, Secretary General etc. From 2016 to 2017 Mrs. Vladi worked as Adviser of the Minister at Albanian State Minister for innovation and Public Administration (Lead Albani Fellowship Program, AADF). Mrs Vladi has participated in several EU and non EU projects: Consus, Cost, Innoplatform, IT-Governance, Blue Boots, Vale-ux, PIN-ALBO etc. Her teaching experiences abroad (Erasmus+ mobility): Germany, Poland; Spain. Now, she leads Triple City initiative for entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, as part of Barleti Group.
