Mr. Kolaksazov brings substantial experience from his work at public institutions and large municipalities. For two years he has been a Deputy –Mayor of Plovdiv- the second biggest city in Bulgaria. He has been in charge with European funding projects and programmes and international relations. For more than fourteen years he has been an owner and manager of a consulting company. This has given him the opportunity to a consultant of variety of enteties- municipalitites, private companies, NGOs and etc. And to support SMEs in their efforts for developing and managing innovations. He is the Founder and CEO at the Institute for Technology Transfer And Innovations. The scope of knowledge, akills and contacts that he possesses gives great advantage to ITTI and its work.
He graduated from the “Paisii Hilendarski” Plovdiv University with the following specialities: bachelor degrees in English Philology and Political Science and Master degrees in Diplomacy and International relations and Management of R and D and Innovations. Now he is doing Phd.
