Dimitrova is co-founder of the FamBizz – Family Business Institute. She is currently a business consultant and trainee for start-ups, entrepreneurial development, and business growth strategies. Makedonka Dimitrova is a visiting lecturer at the London Metropolitan College in Skopje. Dimitrova is Secretary-General of the Macedonia Center for Energy
Efficiency since 2002 and Energy Globe Ambassador for Macedonia since 2014.
